Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
